Mr. Jarrett has represented both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, as well as Chapter 7 Trustees. Mr. Jarrett has participated in Chapter 11 proceedings for the Debtor-in-Possession, secured and unsecured creditors and creditors' committees. He has assisted with workouts for small business owners, professional associations, and corporations. Mr. Jarrett has assisted with the representation of mortgage borrowers as special bankruptcy counsel for the delivery of non-substantive consolidation opinion letters.
