Areas of practice: Bankruptcy and Business Litigation for Texas and Florida clients, including US District Court, US Bankruptcy Court and State Court representation of businesses, individuals and court-appointed Chapter 7 Trustees. Practice also includes Creditor's Rights, Contract Negotiations and Business Transactions.
