Mr. Sebesta concentrates his practice on the representation of debtors, creditors and trustees in business Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases, as well as the representation of Chapter 7 Trustees in the liquidation of bankruptcy estates, including avoidance litigation. He has participated in Chapter 11 proceedings for the Debtor-in-Possession. Mr. Sebesta has also assisted with informal workouts for small businesses, partnerships and corporations.
